Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Booking: A $100 non-refundable retainer secures your session and is applied toward your total session fee. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session (or in advance if preferred). Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed once the retainer is paid. Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice (subject to availability). Reschedules with less than 7 days’ notice incur a $50 fee. New dates must be scheduled within 3–6 months. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice may have the retainer credited toward a future session (valid for 12 months). Cancellations under 14 days, same-day cancellations, or no-shows forfeit the retainer. The full session fee may apply if not yet paid. Emergencies & Flexibility: Illness, family emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances will be handled flexibly, and the retainer can often be credited toward a rescheduled session. Payments: Accepted via Venmo, PayPal, or credit card. Automated reminders are sent 1 week and 1 day before the session. Additional Notes: Sessions start on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling with applicable fees.
